Marijuana as Medicine
Research on the medical effects of marijuana has been on the rise following legalization in Canada and the United States for medical use. Previously it was recommended by a small number of doctors for symptom relief instead of as a curative. However new research is showing that Marijuana can have both a positive effect on symptoms and a curative effect for various conditions.
It is almost ridiculous that the former “devil’s weed” is becoming such a blessing for so many illnesses. It doesn’t cause any psychological or social issues in users. Here is a list of some of the conditions that marijuana is being used for treatment – with or without doctor’s supervision.

One of the hallmarks of taking marijuana is the calm and peace it brings.

Reduces nausea, vomiting and dizziness caused by chemotherapy treatment for cancer.

There is currently no cure for Cystic Fibrosis but cannabis can relieve some of the symptoms.

Many marijuana strains are effective for easing or stopping nausea and vomiting.

Migraines and other Headaches
Numerous studies have reported significant reduction in migraines. Smoking pot works better than eating edibles. Following legalization in California, doctors have reportedly treated over 300,000 patients successfully for migraines.
